- Authentication Pending Orders: If the item requires Entrupy® authentication, please allow an additional 1 business day for certification before dispatch.

- Express Shipping: Next-day delivery available for orders confirmed before 2 PM (Mon–Fri).
- Courier Partners: We work with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
Fees:
- Standard Shipping: Complimentary for orders above SGD 500.
- Express Shipping: Flat fee applies depending on location.
International Shipping
- Regions Covered: Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, and more.
- Delivery Time: Typically 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

- Calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
- Complimentary shipping may be available for orders above a certain value.
Order Tracking

Customs & Duties

In-Store Pickup (if applicable)
- Customers in Singapore may opt for in-store pickup at our location.
