Returns & Exchanges
At Laccrado Luxury, every item undergoes strict quality checks and authentication before reaching you. We want you to be confident with your purchase, so we offer a trade-only policy rather than refunds.
Our Trade-Only Policy
- No Refunds: Once an item is purchased, we do not provide cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances.
- Exchanges for Other Items: If you change your mind, you may exchange the item for another product available on our website or in-store, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be in the same condition as when sold, with all tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable) intact.
- The item must not have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Exchanges are one-time only per order.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at support@laccradoluxury.com or use our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item to our store.
- Select New Item: After the returned item passes inspection, you may choose any available product of equal or higher value (with price difference paid by you).
Conditions & Fees
- Price Differences: If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees and the shipping cost of the new item are the responsibility of the customer.
- Final Sale Items: Certain products (e.g., heavily discounted items) may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize resolving the issue, including offering an exchange or store credit if necessary.
Non-Eligible Items
- Items without original packaging or authentication documents
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery
- Items marked as Final Sale
Exchange Process Timeline
- Request & Approval: 1–2 business days
- Return Shipping & Inspection: 3–5 business days after we receive the item
- Selection & Reshipment: 1–2 business days once the new item is chosen
